After the actually good idea of a magnetic lock holder, which stows the in-house lock under the saddle, TEX-LOCK now comes up with a well thought-out holder for the mini U-Locks D-Lock and X-Lock. The mount is made of sturdy plastic and weighs just 65 g.
Thanks to the clever fastening with reusable cable ties, no additional tools are needed for assembly except the supplied hex key. To equip the D-Lock with the D-Lock adapter, the yellow Rubber strip can be peeled off. To mount the X-Lock Connector, it is necessary to remove the rubber coating along the length of the adapter with a cutter. Unfortunately, the U-Lock bracket is not compatible because it is too short.
The mount can be attached anywhere on the frame: seatpost, seatstay, seat tube, top tube, down tube and on the fork. A diameter of 25-65 mm is decisive.
