tex–lock orbit - Textile Click&Go bicycle lock

For many, the tex-lock "eyelet" is an ingenious bicycle lock. For some, however, the connection according to the "loop-through principle" with separate u-lock and eyelet was too cumbersome. Here, the makers of tex-lock have reacted and created a textile lock that can be securely closed with just one movement.

The "orbit" is a chain lock with a multi-layer protective cover consisting of high-tech fibers and a robust body with integrated locking cylinder. Thanks to the "Click&Go" function, the lock can be closed quickly and easily without a key. One of the two included keys is only needed when opened.

As with the Tex-Lock "eyelet", each layer fulfils an individual function and thus protects your bike from theft by attacks with bolt cutter, fire and saw. Through the different layers, it is achieved that various Tools must be used to crack the lock. This significantly contributes to increasing the duration of the break-up, which will ultimately make any thief give up. The ends of the lock lead into the plastic-coated metal body whose cylinder is protected against lockpicking. The soft surface also protects the frame from scratches and nothing rattles while driving. The tex-lock "orbit" is available in black, orange, "morpho blue" and "chateau red". In addition, there is the chic, colorful and limited special edition "Galaxy" (sold out!) and "Neon Earth".

The tex-lock orbit has been independently tested several times and has been awarded the Dutch "ART2" certification and was awarded the "Design & Innovation Award" in 2022. The textile lock with only 1.2 kg weight provides a lot of flexibility and thanks to the length of 1 meter you will be able to securely connect your bike at any place to protect it from theft.
